Switzerland’s effort to dethrone the Veyron as the fastest car on the street in 2008 created this monstrosity. The Weber Sportscar or the Faster One may have all the makings of a fast car, but it sadly lacked a lot in terms of design. In general, there were a lot of promising car designs all over the world in 2008. However, this car is a testimony that not all car makers have improved their designs.

Panoz Abruzzi ‘Spirit of Le Mans’
Here’s another perfect example of what to avoid in designing a sports car. This car was to have a price tag of £330,000! You got that right. The manufacturers originally planned to produce only 81 units of this abomination called The Panoz Abruzzi ‘Spirit of Le Mans.’ Luckily, it didn’t make it past the prototype stage and we didn’t get to see it on the market or on the street.
