Actually, she was celebrated and remembered as Ginger so much that she couldn’t land new roles. Later on, Tina Louise blamed Gilligan’s Island for ruining her television career.

The Howells, Skipper and Gilligan were in literally all 99 episodes. As for Ginger, The Professor and Mary Ann, they were in 98, which isn’t too bad! Now, that’s real commitment.
