What’s a hit show without a spin-off or two? Yes, you probably remember that five years after we said goodbye to Bewitched, we saw a spin-off based on a grown up Tabitha Stephens called Tabitha. Even though the series also aired on ABC, it didn’t star the Tabitha from Bewitched, Erin Murphy. Instead, actress Lisa Hartman played Tabitha. Sadly, the show had many continuity issues and didn’t last long.

Did it feel as though Darrin’s secretary at his company McMann and Tate seemed completely different each time? No, it wasn’t you. The producers continually switched out the actresses playing Betty. Since she was such a small part, they thought the fans wouldn’t really notice. One of the actresses who played Betty was Marcia Wallace. Afterwards, Wallace voiced Edna Krabappel for The Simpsons. Jill Foster was another actress who portrayed the secretary for ten episodes.
