She would call him Dobbin, Darryl, Delmore and any other D name but Darrin. Actually, the character Endora only calls him his real name eight times in the entire Bewitched series.

However, while the producers searched for a new Samantha to replace Grimes, Richard or Dick Sargent ended up taking a different job. Next, they wanted actor Richard Crenna to play Darrin. However, after spending years acting on The Real McCoys, he passed too.
