We spoke about the lack of CGI and high-tech options but now you must consider that the actors needed to hold themselves in some very uncomfortable and awkward poses during scenes. Let’s take for instance one of those house cleaning spells. For this, the producer had to stop the filming until the crew finished arranging and cleaning the set. Once they cleaned up, they could begin rolling again. Wow, that’s a lot of work!

Remember how David White named his on-screen child Jonathan after his actual son? Well, something awful happened to his son in real life. While Jonathan was on Pan Am flight 103, the plane tragically exploded while flying over Scotland. This happened in 1988 and then only two years after, actor David White passed away from a heart attack. White was buried right next to Jonathan.
