It would be nice to have enough money and cars for a two-story garage. However, these folks got ahead of themselves. Why on earth did they add a door there when it was not leading anywhere? We have no idea what they had in mind, but this is clearly a fail. It was doomed from the very beginning. On the bright side, this is a good way to keep yourself safe in case the zombie apocalypse happens in our lifetime. You know what? There is another possibility here. Perhaps this was actually the parking space of a small plane. The owner wanted to avoid getting a hangar, so here we are. Does that sound likelier?

It is also a good idea to look out for slippery areas. Lastly, you should ensure that the ladder is not between the pipe that you are trying to screw to the wall.
