Cancer
Tragically, many Little House on the Prairie cast members eventually got diagnosed with cancer, and sadly, some passed from cancer. Among those who suffered from the disease was actor Michael Landon. He suffered from pancreatic cancer. In addition, actor Kevin Hagen who played Doc Baker and Victor French who played Isaiah Edwards also got cancer. The only cancer survivor from Little House on the Prairie was actress Charlotte Steward, who you know as Miss Beadle. Many started to theorize that radioactively contaminated materials must have been too close to the set, since so many LHOTP castmates suffered from cancer.
