So, yes, she loved Sasnauskas’ other animals, but more importantly, this fawn was starving and very weak. Clearly, she needed immediate care. Just like with kittens or puppies, the very first week of life was difficult. This baby deer needed more than just food. Sasnauskas needed to provide some TLC, or tender loving care!

Welcoming The Guest
Every few hours, Sasnauskas made sure to give the fawn food and keep her company. He made sure she was never alone or scared. Also, his pets seemed to warm up to this unexpected, strange guest. Everything seemed to be going well.
