When Uma Thurman was just in middle school, she knew acting was her passion. When she began her career, she started out modeling. That’s how she was first found by casting directors. In 1988 alone, she appeared in three movies, one of which was Dangerous Liaisons. Of course, her big role came with Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction. Christie Brinkley is known from her modeling for Sports Illustrated‘s swimsuit edition. She made history by getting three covers in the late 70’s for the special edition. Then, she became the face of CoverGirl, the famous makeup brand, as well as landing many more campaigns. Recently, she was on Sports Illustrated on the cover with her two daughters. Oh and yes, she played Gayle, Garry’s wife, on Parks and Recreation.
