The Good Dinosaur – Lost $85 Million
Considering it’s a beloved animated film, you may be surprised that this Pixar film made the list of biggest movie flops. However, you have to consider that Pixar does pay their animators tons of money. Thus, it’s not so outrageous to think they didn’t make back their $200 million budget and other marketing fees. This 2015 Pixar film lost the company about $85 million.

The Promise – Lost $94-$102 Million
A compelling storyline indeed, The Promise focused on a love triangle just before the Armenian Genocide. Clearly, things more important than romance comes up. Anyway, audiences seemed to mostly enjoy the film, but the critics hated it. The production companies Survival Pictures and Phoenix Pictures walked away with a loss of $94 to $102 million. We did love both Christian Bale and Charlotte Le Bon in the film, but what can you do…
