Delgo – Lost $39 Million
You probably heard of Delgo, not because anyone sung its praise, but because its one of the lowest grossing animated movies of all time. Sorry, Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jennifer Love Hewitt, we still love you guys! The budget was $40 million, but the movie only made $1 million upon release. Whoa! Now, that’s tragic.

Everyone couldn’t wait to see Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Bridges in this action comedy, but sadly, this zombie flick disappointed critics and audiences alike. Between the not so great CGI and other special effects and low-quality storyline, nothing was quite right. Yes, even Mary-Louise Parker from Weeds starred in it and Kevin Bacon. However, R.I.P.D. still ended up being a huge loss to Universal Pictures. The film lost somewhere from $100 to $120 million.
