As a young girl, Nadia was teeming with boundless energy. Little Nadia would jump on the furniture and bounce about the house practically all day. Her parents, running out of patience and strength, decided their daughter had to have an outlet for all that energy and they thought gymnastics would fit her nicely. They had no idea that their lives would be changed forever by this particular decision.

Going Forward
Even when Nadia was still a child, she was already driven. She dreamed of becoming well-known and achieving greatness. She once commented about herself that, “I was driven towards something I wanted to be the best at, and I didn’t know exactly what it was, it happened to be gymnastics.”
