Lady Dynamite
The comedy series Lady Dynamite was created by Mitch Hurwitz and Pam Brady. It centered on the life of Maria Bamford, an American actress and stand-up comedian who also did voice acting. The autobiographical series ran for two seasons, with 12 episodes in the first season and 8 in the second and final season. Netflix decided that the show would no longer be renewed. Nonetheless, the creator of the show expressed his gratitude for the opportunity. He posted on Twitter, “we didn’t get much but what we got was great in every way.”
